I fell in love with CrossFit in October of 2009. The first workout I ever did, made me question my fitness level, as I spent the second half of the class questioning my life choices. Even though it hurt my ego, I was drawn to the intense workouts, friendly atmosphere, and quality coach informed. Roughly 2 years later in 2011, I started coaching and loved it! Seeing people progress and reach goals they didn’t think possible is why I have kept doing it for that last decade. Although I’ve been at many CrossFit gyms, Incite is my home away from home, and have enjoyed coaching there the last 2 years. When I’m not at the gym, I’m working as a hairstylist, or hanging with my 4 beautiful kids. I’m passionate about women’s fitness journey through pregnancy and postpartum as well as Olympic lifting.
