Jeff started in the fitness industry as a trainer in 1999 and has never looked back. He got into CrossFit in 2007 and became the Co-Owner of Crossfit Southwest. CrossFit Southwest was ARIZONA'S FIRST EVER CROSSFIT, and only the 22nd Crossfit affiliate opened. There are around 15,000 CrossFit affiliates worldwide now. He moved to California and opened CrossFit of Fremont all by himself and grew it into a successful gym that had multiple games and regional athletes come out of it. He owned the gym for 12 years before selling it and moving back to Arizona. He and his wife Monique became the owners of CrossFit Incite in 2023.
