CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that performs constantly varied, functional movements at a high intensity, all done in a supportive group environment led by a certified coach. CrossFit emphasizes functional movements because they mimic the strength you need to carry out daily tasks (squats, lifting over your head, etc). You will rarely do the same work twice. Everything is provided; all you have to do is show up.



Master the Snatch, Clean, and Clean & Jerk. Our Olympic (OLY) lifting program meets four times per week and focuses on mastering the major OLY lifts. Each class is 1.5 hours and programmed in-house to meet the needs of beginning, advanced, and competitive lifters.

The challenge continues with our Competitive Program. This is our elite group of athletes that needs more strength, advanced gymnastics, as well as a higher volume of conditioning. This team meets five days a week for 1-1.5 hours focusing on the needs for their next competition. Athletes from this program have been CrossFit Regional competitors, as well as participants in local, state, and national competitions such as the Granite Games. Our Comp team is built of consistent podium finishers and are among the best in Arizona.




A solid nutrition plan is a must-have in the world of CrossFit. We offer private coaching to match your nutrition plan with your busy life and conditioning ambitions. Whether you are looking to lose weight, bulk up, total body recomposition or align your nutrition with your competitive aspirations, our professional nutrition coaches will align a flexible eating plan just for you. We offer advanced tools such as an Inbody 570 to help you and your coach dial in on your goals. Combine this offering with our CrossFit programming and you are set up for success. You do not need to be a member of Incite to take advantage of our nutrition coaching.




CrossFit Incite supports a growing group of special ability kids. Featured on Positively Arizona, our program is led by a local special education professional, avid CrossFit athlete, and certified kids fitness coach. These kids meet once per week, on Saturday, to work on basic CrossFit movements, in a group setting, providing both physical activity, challenging yet achievable workouts while building their confidence each step of the way!

This program is designed to introduce the world of CrossFit to any person, from any background at any fitness level. You don’t have to be “in shape” to start CrossFit. Isn’t that why you go to a gym in the first place? This is the best place to learn our sport in a highly supportive group environment where EVERYONE is learning! This program is so important we have it on our schedule 5 days a week.




Incite Endurance Program offers three weekly sessions designed specifically to help you build your engine & your stamina with running, billing, rowing and Skiergs. You will become a better endurance athlete (Faster and more efficient) and increase your overall Endurance capacity. We will start our 8 Week Cycle the first week of February. The three weekly sessions will contain a VO2 max Session, a long distance run for endurance, and a locate threshold session (Longer Intervals with shorter rest periods)

NUTRITION – A Copper State FIT Collaboration

Our nutrition coaching program is very successful. But, be warned, it is very different. While it is not uncommon to see rapid results with dramatic before and afters, we don’t base our success on short term. We measure success on long term maintenance of the results achieved.

Unlike other programs, which provide you with meal plans on a regular basis, we “coach” you through the process, we don’t do it for you. Like the old saying: “Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, but teach a man to fish and he will eat for life.” Our program is designed to move you through the stages of being dependent, to independent and then interdependent.

Our program is built upon 3 main components:

  • Coaching
    • Guide you through the 7 Pillars of Accountability
    • Provide you with calorie and macro targets based on lifestyle and goals
    • Unlimited email/ text and group chat support
  • Accountability
    • 15 minute phone follow ups every 7-10 days (Skype or FaceTime for international members)
    • Discuss prior week’s data, actions/ behaviors and results
    • Devise an action plan for the upcoming week aimed at success
  • Community
    • Private Group Chat – Strength in numbers; a strong correlation participation and results
    • Share recipes, ideas, tips, tricks and macro hacks; support your fellow journey-man/ woman
    • Need help?! ask questions and get immediate answers from fellow members and/ or coaches

Our meal prep subscription service is a convenient and affordable way to support your healthy lifestyle. Meals are prepared fresh and delivered to your home, work, or gym on Mondays and Wednesdays.

We take your goals seriously and can accommodate your special dietary requirements. Do you have specific dietary preferences, such as dairy or gluten free, or have an ingredient that you don’t like? Are you on a Macros, Half Carbs, Keto, or Paleo diet? All you need to do while placing your order is indicate what diet you are on, or what ingredients you do not want in your meals.

There is a five (5) meal minimum (or $45 total if your order contains bulk items) for all new subscriptions. For added convenience, we bill weekly and you may cancel at any time.

All new subscription orders placed before 5:00 PM on Friday may begin delivery as early as the following week.
